Wholesale Terms + Guidelines
Payment + Production
Due to the nature of fragrance development and small-batch production:
Wholesale minimum: $300
Lead time: extended lead times apply and are confirmed per project
Payment is due at time of order via invoicing platform. Your order will not be processed until full payment is received.
Exclusivity
Mainline KINFOLK product exclusivity guidelines:
Minimum of 6 fragrances
Up to 90 days from date of order
5 mile radius from sale location
Approved for in-store retail sales only (online sales and secondary distribution require prior approval).
Not reproduced, renamed, or reformulated without written consent within 90 day period
*Exclusivity does not apply to online sales, non-retail sale channels (gifting), or popup markets.
Media Usage
KINFOLK Candle Co (@kinfolkcandle) must be tagged in all social media photography where product is presented.
Shipping + Returns
All orders depart from McMinnville, OR. Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the Client and will be calculated at time of order and added to invoice.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns of Signature products. Exchanges may be offered for damaged or defective items. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with accompanying photos.
