Our Signature Program is an invitation in storytelling—an immersive experience designed for those who crave more than a product. It’s where intention meets atmosphere, where elevated design, clean ingredients, and slow craftsmanship come together to create something unforgettable. In this program, each detail is curated, each piece poured with purpose, allowing you to offer your customers or clientele a sensory ritual that lingers long after the flame is out. Because we believe scent should function like lighting or material choice — intentional, atmospheric, and quietly memorable. This is not mass-made. This is intimate, considered, and quietly powerful—created for brands and spaces that understand the art of exclusivity and the luxury of feeling. Our Signature Scent Program exists for partners who share that philosophy.

Signature Process

The intake stage is all about getting to know you and your brand on a deeper level. We'll start with a friendly consultation, often virtually, where we dive into your brand’s story, your values, and the feelings you want your custom products to evoke. It’s a collaborative brainstorming session where we listen closely to what makes your business unique and what kind of ambiance and personality you want to capture. By the end of this step, we’ll have a clear picture of your vision, which will guide us through the rest of the process.

INTAKE

This is where the magic of personalization really begins. After we've learned about your brand, we'll send you a carefully curated sample kit. Think of it as a little box of possibilities, each fragrance chosen to help you find the perfect match for your vision. You'll get to explore and sample these scents, really zeroing in on the ones that feel just right. Once you've picked your favorites, we’ll move on to bringing those choices to life in your custom line.

SAMPLE

Finally, we bring your custom line to life. After you've chosen options and we've finalized the design, we get to work on producing your custom line. This step is all about bringing your vision to life in tangible form. We’ll handle everything from crafting and packaging to ensuring each piece meets our quality standards. Finally, you'll receive your beautifully finished products, ready to share with your community. It’s the exciting moment when your custom line is ready to go out into the world and delight your audience.

LAUNCH

  • A signature fragrance collaboration developed to reflect a store’s environment — its materials, light, rhythm, and point of view.

    The result is a product that feels inseparable from the space itself, rather than a product layered on top. This intentionality builds brand recollection, identity, and connection. And in this remembrance, your clients’ returned business.

    • Development of a custom fragrance direction based on a Sampling Kit of your requested fragrance notes

    • Material sourcing based on your preferences and aesthetic

    • Production of one or multi-line fragrance product SKUs.

    • Optional scent naming aligned with the store’s identity

    • Custom label branding and packaging

    • Candles

    • Reed Diffusers

    • Car Diffusers

    • Diffuser Oils

    • Room Mists

  • Due to the nature of fragrance development and small-batch production.

    • Sampling Kit: $300 per fragrance (additional may be purchased for an added fee)

    • Wholesale minimum: $500

    • Lead time: extended lead times apply and are confirmed per project

    Payment is due at time of order via invoicing platform. Your order will not be processed until full payment is received.

  • Signature fragrances are:

    • Exclusive to the partner store via KINFOLK for up to 90 days from order date

    • Approved for in-store retail sales only

    • Not reproduced, renamed, or reformulated without written consent within 90 day period

    Online sales and secondary distribution require prior approval.

    KINFOLK Candle Co (@kinfolkcandle) must be tagged in all social media photography where product is presented.

  • The Signature Scent Program is offered in limited capacity and is evaluated based on:

    • Brand alignment

    • Retail environment

    • Production schedule availability

    Not all inquiries will be accepted.

  • All orders depart from McMinnville, OR. Shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the Client and will be calculated at time of order and added to invoice.

    Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns of Signature products. Exchanges may be offered for damaged or defective items. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery with accompanying photos.
